Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority at Swiftscarts. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.
Eligibility
- Items must be in original condition
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Must include original packaging and tags attached
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
Holiday Extension
Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st of the following year.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Visit: swiftscarts.com/return
- Enter your order number and email address, phone number, or shipping ZIP code
- Select items for return or exchange
- Choose refund or shop with return credit
- Select return method:
- Print Label & Ship: Download label and drop off at carrier
- Drop Off at Happy Returns Bar: Use QR code for package-free return
- Submit return request and follow instructions
We will notify you via email once your return is processed.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Exchange orders are placed immediately upon return approval
- Price differences will be handled via automatic refund or payment request
Express Shipping Fees
Express shipping fees (1-Day or 2-Day) are non-refundable unless the carrier is at fault for the delay.
Return Policy for In-Store or Third-Party Purchases
Items purchased through a retail store or other website must be returned through that original place of purchase. If not possible, we may offer an exchange for equal value with valid proof of purchase and item in unused condition.
Note: Items purchased through eBay, Poshmark, or other unauthorized resale platforms are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty coverage.
