1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We process orders within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

2. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on swiftscarts.com to view your order status.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you may request changes or cancellations by emailing [email protected] within 12 hours of placing the order. After the item is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

4. What if my package is lost, delayed, or stolen?
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please file a claim with the carrier. For assistance, you may also reach out to our customer support team.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original tags or packaging. Final Sale items are not eligible for return. To start a return, visit our Returns Center at swiftscarts.com/return.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and U.S. territories. International shipping is not supported at this time.

7. What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
If you receive the wrong product or if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

8. Is shopping on swiftscarts secure?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and partner with secure payment processors to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

9. Are there any hidden charges or fees?
No. The total amount shown at checkout is what you will be charged. Any applicable taxes and shipping costs are disclosed prior to payment confirmation.
