Payment Processing
When you place an order, your payment method will be immediately charged for the full amount, including item subtotal, applicable taxes, and shipping fees. Payment processing is handled through PCI-compliant, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your sensitive data remains protected.

Order Confirmation
After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, item summary, and shipping details. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected].

Failed Transactions
If your payment is declined or does not go through due to incorrect billing information or insufficient funds, your order will not be confirmed. In such cases, you may be prompted to re-submit your payment details or use a different payment method. Orders that remain unpaid after 24 hours may be canceled automatically.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once your order is in transit, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

Refunds & Reimbursements
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after a return is received and approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a swiftscarts error or product defect.

Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or did not authorize a transaction, please contact us first to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may delay or limit the ability to resolve your dispute.
